Return and Refund Policy. Digital downloads: all digital products (planners, spreadsheets, PDFs and other downloads) are non-refundable once purchased, because they are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Print-on-demand items: physical items such as sweatshirts, mugs and ornaments are made to order. If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it at no cost to you.
